    Hello,

Usually, registration worked out perfectly. Now, when people register, only one .bash file is created in there directory and none of the necessary things like public_html and if gives a 403 error when you visit it.

    Example:
    http://www.happy.parahosting.net/

All assistance is appreciated. Thank you.

    Go on, have a guess
    Whenever you see:
you need to check in the cPanel error log in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log for a more detailed error message. Often it's a missing perl module.

    BrandMan211:

I have seen those specific errors and they are related to the VPS quota restrictions:
tar: ./public_ftp: Cannot utime: Operation not permitted
tar: ./public_ftp: Cannot change mode to rwxr-xr-x: Operation not permitted
tar: ./public_html/index.php: Cannot open: File exists
tar: ./public_html: Cannot utime: Operation not permitted
tar: ./public_html: Cannot change mode to rwxr-xr-x: Operation not permitted
tar: .: Cannot utime: Operation not permitted
tar: .: Cannot change mode to rwxr-xr-x: Operation not permitted
tar: Error exit delayed from previous errors

Assuming you are running Virtuozzo. You can check with your VPS admin.

Or if you would like us to take a look, feel free to open a ticket with us.

You are correct that I'm running Virtuozzo, but what exactly did I run out of? And I'm not able to send a support ticket for some strange reason. I'll try again later.

    Edit: Solved.

Change quotaugidlimit 550 to something higher say 1000... also check disk inode capacity in viztuozzo control panel for this node.

quotaugidlimit 550 n/a 550 pcs Limit of uids/gids for which disk quota is accounted
