Account creation problems

When I try to create or import an account from another server I receive error message:

Account Creation Status: failed (Sorry, a mysql database with the name conta already exists.)
Transfer Error Account Restore Failed

There is no database on server whith this account name but I receive the same error message for any account name.

Server has:
cPanel 11.24.5-R38506 - WHM 11.24.2 - X 3.9
REDHAT 9 i686 standard on sol

Please make sure that mysql database 'conta' is not created by any other account in your phpmyadmin.

It's some kind of a bug I guess which I have came across but not able to recall what I did exactly. You should better place a ticket to cPanel and have them check.

In case this comes back, since I've seen it a few times lately ... usually this occurs if your mysqladmin is broken. Try running mysqladmin proc in shell and see if it gives you any errors like broken libraries. If it does, then that's the issue.
