Account Creation Problems

    Hi there.

    I have a problem within this new server WHM when i try to add a new account.
    I get this error with a " ! " Whilst Doing So.
    And The Following Message.

    User megaxx added
    Changing password for megaxx
    Password for megaxx has been changed
    Keeping Shell Access (y)
    Copying skel files from /root/cpanel3-skel/ to /home/megaxx/
    Name Virtual Host already exists
    Added Entries to httpd.conf (noip)

    Added Named File
    Using Frontpage 5.x!
    Note: Local version of Apache must use the FrontPage Apache patch.
    Starting install, port: 80.

    Creating web http://www.megacashemails.com.
    No such file or directory

    Restarting apache
    Ftp Password Files synced
    send to CONTACTEMAIL (3) [3]
    Vhost Passwords synced
    wwwacct creation finished
    Account Creation Complete!!! " ! "

    If You Have Any Information Or Help. Please Let Me Know So I Can Tell The Server Company.

    Calpop.Com Are Not Helping Me, They Want Me To Contact This Forum.

    Even Though The Server They Provided Is Un-used and a Brand New Installation.

    So this is a dedicated cpanel box you control?

    Try updating cPanel (can be done in WHM) to the stable release and try again. (just a guess really - but it might help)

    Hi there.
    Its a FRESH install from my server company calpop.com they said i have to come here to get this resloved as they dont configue cpanel.

    Even though this is a problem straight from a fresh install.?

    Ok thanks, I will give this a try.

    If anyone else may know the answer please let me know.

    Calpop.Com Are Not Helping So This is Very Annoying.

    open a support ticket through WHM and post the ticket ID here. I will look at it before I go home.

    Hi there.

    There Seems To Be a Few Things Calpop.Com Have Left me in The Dark With.

    I am Having DNS Problems Also. They Would Nott Set This Up For Me.

    I am very greatfull of this help in here. Without this i would be lost.

    I have got a reply from someone else. But if you could help also this would really mean a lot to me.

    Ill keep checking my emails and also in here for updates.
    Ill forward the relevant info listed on the ticket and i will also send you the DNS information which i need to be setup. For instant account creation.

    This is all new to me. But ill try and provide with as much as possible.

    I grabbed the ticket. Please follow what mike asked from you, also in the future dont put in the secret key, everyone could see the ticket, it in the future :)

    I believe everything shoul dbe fixed all details are in the ticket.
