Hello,

I want to transfer an account from a cPanel server to another one.
I am seeing this error:
Account Creation Status: failed (Sorry, a passwd entry for that username already exists.)

what should I do?

Hello :)

It looks like an account with that username already exists on the destination server. Try using a different username in the "Local Username" field when transferring the account. Or, terminate/modify the existing username on the destination server.
