The message states ahmd.co.nz already exists on the server, especially in httpd.conf. That is why you are getting the error.

If the cPanel account using that domain is no longer in use, why not remove that cPanel account?

we have deleted that cPanel account from whm but somehow its not deleted

then we try to recreate that account after we got this error
somehow that account wasn't deleted properly.

can you please tell what could be that reason for that ??

There could be a variety of causes for this unusual behavior. I recommend letting our technical analysts take a look at your server so they can determine what the cause of this issue is for your specific server: http://tickets.cPanel.net/submit

at the start of the line <VirtualHost 69.72.212.42:80> And end of this line </VirtualHost> i press delete key & deleted all the content & then i tried to recreate the same & it is done.

but my question is half content is on page 3 & another half part is on page 4 so how can select all required content & delete all at one go
