Account Creation Status: failed

Hi,

I have removed an account from WHM on my shared server and now trying to add again but it throws an error of Account Creation Status: failed. I have also attached a screenshot for the reference. Please let me know what is the exact issue that causing it ?

Most commonly, this issue means that there was most likely some cruft left behind when the the account was removed the first time. Is the user "rackleaf" mentioned in the file /etc/dbowners or does the user "rackleaf" have any files that belong to them in the directory /var/cpanel/databases/?

I would suggest reviewing the file /etc/dbowners and the directory /var/cpanel/databases/ and remove any entries relating to that user. It may also be best to copy any important data if you believe it may be important in the future. I hope this helps!
