Hi,

Am using the script wwwacct to create multiple accounts but it gives me the error

-------
Sorry, unable to use Package Dpackage. Verify that the Package exists and that you have not exceeded your reseller restrictions.
--------

am running wwwacct as root. Also am not getting any error while creating via WHM.

Any idea ? I checked the backend file "/var/cpanel/packages/Dpackage" it exists and have contents.

Hi

This is the command I tried to create via command line.

[email protected]#./wwwacct blablablatest.com blablabl test143

rest of the parameters/arguments I have specified it in the script itself ;)

Also please note that am able to create the account via WHM, but not via command line ( evenif I give all parameters as in the error_log given below)

This is what I get in the cpanel error_logs

I know this response is not exactly for this old thread but there is too little information on the internet regarding this error. If you are getting this error and are using the cpanel API as root, with API token authentication, make sure the token has the privilege to "Use Root Packages", enabling that privilege got rid of the error for me.
