Every couple of days one of my websites just disappears out of my "List of Account" tab. Any ideas of what I can do to prevent this from happening again?

    hi,
    are you server/root owner?

If not change you reseller password and contact the server owner/administrator.

To be completely honest with you - I am not sure. I just know that I have a Reseller account so all of my domains have their
    own Cpanel.

How can I find out this information?

Do you log into WHM using the username root? If not, speak to whoever provides your service as they can investigate where these are going for you.

Your hosting provider will need to help you with this. As a reseller, you will not have the access needed to properly diagnose and fix this. If your hosting provider is not able to find the cause of the problem, ask them to submit a ticket to us on your behalf.

Is there any specific security software you can buy or freeware to secure my WHM?

There is nothing that you would be able to install as a reseller, since you are not the server's administrator. You need to talk to your hosting provider about this.

Check the cpanel access log here /usr/local/cpanel/logs/access_log [if you have access to it]. Else please ask your host to check this.
