    Hello,
After trying everything I know under the sun, short of re-installing cPanel on this server, account disk usage remains at "0M", despite some user accounts having significant usage. This has been quite a puzzler -- resetting quotas/fixquotas/upcp/you_name_it have failed to remedy this.
Anyone got an insight on this? Thanks!

I submitted a support request to cPanel. Hopefully the fine crew there can shed some light on this issue.

Dedicated server, and yes, quotas are enabled/installed in the kernel. Still no reply from cPanel support. This is discouraging.

What's the Ticket ID number so I can look into this for you?

I can't find the Ticket ID -- I would have thought I'd have gotten confirmation at my email address. Can you search for rzamites@liquidweb.com ? I submitted this on the 18th. Thanks!

Yes, you will get an automatic confirmation when we have received your ticket. Typically this takes at the very most 30 minutes (typically takes under 10 minutes though). However, checking the ticket system I see no tickets in our system (open or closed) with that email address so it appears as if we never received your ticket.

Feel free to drop an email to sales@cpanel.net (you will get a ticket ID by doing this if we receive your email) so I can forward it over to the support staff via the ticket system. Additionally, if you could include a description of how you submitted your previous ticket (via WHM, Manage2, Store Account etc.) that would be useful and we can have our system administrators look into this issue.

Thanks! Issue is fixed. Quotas work best when the /home partition is mounted (rw,usrquota) :)
