account is not showing up on list

I transfer in a account from another server. It went find, site is up, can login to cpanel, but i can not see it on whm. like list accounts. what can i do?

See if it is listed in the folowing files:

/etc/trueuserdomains
/etc/localdomains
/etc/userdomains

If not add it and then it should show up.Cheers!
