I was trying to restore a domain using a cpanel backup. The WHM was stuck. So I closed it and reopened it. Now when I try to restore it says the account already exists. But not shown in the "List Accounts". Whats the best way to delete the leftovers?

Note - I did find the dns zone for the domain and deleted it. Manually deleted that domains directory under /home via ssh.

Also, I ran the below mentioned commands to update the changes.::

    1. /scripts/updateuserdomains
    2. /scripts/rebuildhttpdconf
    3. service httpd restart.

While restarting httpd, I get the following error:
"Warning: DocumentRoot [/home/account-name/public_html] does not exist"
