Account level backups through whm

Hi,
if i run account level backup through whm, the FAQ for backup shows that the backup utility runs as the user it is backing up and backs up every file the account user can access, will that mean if i am using cloud linux that will mean that account level cpu usage monitoring/control will be in effect when the users file would be backing up, if that right thats good, can anybody tell me if anybody has done backup of 1800Gb using this type of backup and what amount time it will take to take this much amount of backup

Than for reply desert rose, in my case a single file will not be 1000gb I am talking about multiple accounts and in my case I am the web hosting provider I am looking for somebody who does backup multiple accounts amounting 1800gb

A long time, I think is your answer. Files that do not change much, if at all, can be excluded using this method:
Excluding Files from Backup - cPanel Documentation

Doing so will speed up backups as there would be less to backup.
