    Hi,

we are trying to migrate an account to a new server.
Old server is mysql 5.1 / innoDB, the new one is mylsq 5.5 / innodb. We migrated successfully myisam tables but on innodb migration we get:
The storage engine for the table doesn't support repair
Innodb doesnt support repair... How we can prevent cpanel from trying this?
P.S. we are doing the migration usign the root account migration method.

So cPanel's migration tool is attempting to repair the databases on transfer even when they are InnoDB? I'm uncertain how that could be prevented, since the storage engine isn't default known by the script and would simply occur when it tries a repair.

Is this causing an issue somehow? I ask as you could always open up a feature request at Feature Requests for cPanel & WHM to request we check all database tables at the beginning of a move for a database to see what engine they are and then repair those that are MyISAM during the process.

    Hi,

we have done the same type of account migration before with innoDB databases and it worked OK. It seems there is something broken in the latest releases of CPanel or there is some issue when the migration targets MySQL 5.5.
This wouldn't be a feature request as this was working before and should be working as innoDB migration is a very common scenario. I will report a bug.
