account missing from /etc/trueuserowners daily

Every day,the same account out of 200+ goes missing from /etc/trueuserowners

I re-enter it in /etc/trueuserowners and it then shows up in whm only to dissapear the next day.

I also get bw warnings about that same account every few hours.

it's in /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf, /var/cpanel/users/ & /etc/userdomains

Any ides what's causing it to go missing every day? And how to fix it?
