I have the same problem today. except the account copying was successfully completed. But still the same error message was there. I tried to reinstall XSLoader.pm, SSLeay.pm, rebuilt rpm database, server reboot, nothing helps.
Can anyone shed some lights here? TIA

Re: account transfer blocked from old hosting provider?

To all those having the same problem.
cPanel expert found the cause. It's a minor bug.
The maintainer for Net::SSLeay on cpan broke it.
For temp relief you will need to force-install a back version, 1.42
This minor bug might fix itself after several uploads. And it might be addressed in future updates.

Hello :)

A patch has been developed to resolve this issue without using a previous version of Net::SSLeay. For reference, the internal case number is 57778. You can monitor the Change Log to determine when it has been implemented:

cPanel & WHM 11.32 Change Log

Thank you.

Case 57778 has been resolved in versions 11.32.2.0 (which is now propagating) and later.
