    Hey people,

I'm looking for a way to have a "notes" field somewhere for accounts in WHM so I could have add notes to specific accounts and see them in the account list or related. Could this be done, has it been done, what do I do?

    Thank you :)

I would think most people in here use thier billing software for notes on accounts as you are saying. But it might be a good ideal to have a feature like this. You might want to go to bugzilla and put in an add feature request.

There is already such a request in Bugzilla. It is best served by a Billing application.
