I have a user who exceeded his bandwidth limit.

So he created a new package with more bandwidth, but his account will not enable with this error:

Bandwidth limit (157286400) is higher than (106560292619) (site has been limited)

His account is set to oversell, and he has over double that bandwidth available.

What can I do to get this high traffic account back online quickly?

    Thank you!

If this is a reseller acccount, enable it under his global MAIN account and he can adjust it manually.

There seems to be something weird when you enabe resell for resellers but limit it by resource usage, CP is not taking that too well.

If its not, just goto WHM>Lists Accounts and then manually modify his bandwidth limits.

    P/S: Are the figures correct?
