Hi there, i have one account in one of the servers that is over the quota (the entire account, not only the email quota), but for some reason when you send an email is not bouncing back with the Disk full error. I have tested with another account in the same server which is also over quota and that one is bouncing back as expected.

Any idea what could cause that specific account over quota is not bouncing back the emails?

    Thanx in advance!

Can you provide a breakdown for folders on that user's account so we can see what might be pushing it over quota? All I can think is that a) some files aren't actually owned by the user but somehow showing up in the quota (unlikely to be the case), or b) there is a folder that is counted in the space but isn't counted in determining if the user is over quota (such as the trash folder).

    Thanx for the reply.
Im suspecting something with mailman cause the current used space in the account is 7200Mb, the limit is 6000Mb and the home directory have used only 2100Mb. So probably mailman archives are not being counted somehow. Is there any way to check why mailman's archives are being accounted correctly? or perhaps simply as the home is not over the limit is not being counted as overquota?

    Thanx!

The only other idea I have would be to submit a ticket at this point. In WHM > Support Center > Contact cPanel or using the link in my signature, you can open up a ticket with us. Please post the ticket number here upon opening one. Thanks!
