    Hello,

When some user (or reseller) tries to reset his password, he gets the email, but when he clicks on the link or enters the confirmation code, he gets an almost blank page (see picture attached).

The most annoying is that as soon as this page is shown, the account is blocked (ftp, cPanel, etc.), even with the correct password.

In the cPanel log I got this message :
I am running the Edge VPS cPanel (but according to some users the problem was already present a week ago with the Release version).
EDIT : Back to CURRENT Release, the problem is solved

    Thanks in advance,

    Michaël

Please ensure your EDGE build is running the latest. Checking layer1.cpanel.net shows the latest build to 11.22.0-EDGE_23297

Please confirm whether you are using that build.

    Hi,

So, yes, I'm running the last release.

I'm going to rool back to the Release version and see how it goes.

Edit : after going back to CURRENT, the problem is solved.

Just a note about the note you added to your first comment: Stable, Release and Current are all the same right now. If there is a problem in one, there will be the same problem in the other two branches.

Changed Password and now doesn't accept it

I have a similar problem, the password has been changed from WHM and the user cannot access Cpanel, and neither we can using root password. The WHM/Cpanel version used is as follows:

    WHM 11.15.0 cPanel 11.18.3-R21703
    REDHAT Enterprise 4 i686 on standard - WHM X v3.1.0
