account quota broken, fixquotas doesn't help

I have one account that is showing a quota higher than what it is actually using. I have run fixquota before to fix this type of error, but this one account will not budge.

I have checked to see the the user_id or group_id are being used elsewhere on the file system, but I cannot find anything anywhere.

Any idea what I need to do. I am a bit lost with this one.

I ran /scripts/fixeverything and rebooted
quotas are back to normal
