As the error message itself states that, "the username is already taken". The username is not deleted from /etc/passwd file and that's the reason why the restore is not able to create an entry in passwd file. You need delete the username from the given file. This will solve the issue.

    Hello,

The problem can be solved if you have root access to the server, or else you will have to contact your hosting provider for assistance.

If you have root access, then please remove the line containing the username from the following files

    /etc/passwd

    /etc/group

Then check if the virtual host entries are present for the domain name in the file

    /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf

If present, delete those lines, save and restart httpd service

next steps is to check the file

    /var/named/domainname.db

    remove that file if present.

last and final step is to check the file /etc/named.conf

remove the entry for the domain name that you are trying to create and restart the named service.

Thats it, you can now restore account without any issue.
