Ok there seems to be a problem with just one of the accounts on the server, I got a new server, transfered all accounts over and everything is now working fine except for one account.

this one account for some reason is not loading properly and is kinda like half working and half suspended, for example goto this page

and you will see the sites javascript and css files dont work, I have firebug installed on firefox and that tells me that this page is for some reason also looking for
    /http://www.theunlocker.co.uk/cgi-sis/suspendedpage.cgi

and if you try and view for example a css file driectly get the account suspended page for example

you will see that it says account suspended, however it isnt suspended? I have tried to suspended the account in whm and then unsuspend the account but that did not work.

the only thing I can think of is that on the old server I suspended all accounts just as I sitched the nameservers to the new server as this would stop people seeing old and some seeing new.

I also ran rsync on this particular account and a couple of others but I only rsynced the public_html folder, when I went to these sites today they were all suspended, didnt take me long to see that the sites .htaccess files had been renamed and then replaced with another .htaccess file with the cgi-sis/suspendedpage.cgi command in it.

I removed these ,htaccess files and renamed the old ones back to .htaccess and the other sites worked instantly, however this is the only site that is having the problem of cgi-sis/suspendedpage.cgi

does anyone have any ideas how to fix this

    regards

ok figured it out, after doing rsync from old to new after suspending the site on the old server means the htaccess files ere changed, I removed the one from the index and that half fixed it BUT you also need to fix the htaccess from ANY AND ALL subdomains you have on the site that uses htaccess files.

    regards
