    Hello,

I have a client whose account was configured to allow only 200 Mail Accounts.
However, the client can keep adding accounts to glory. So the setting of 200 Mail accounts is not obeyed in cPanel. In account cpanel, on left the data shown is as follows:

    Email Accounts 204 / 200

And actual count is also 204. Isn't this ridiculous? It would be a painful job going thru all accounts and checking how many have exceeded the settings in WHM while account was created. This anomaly observed for Mail Accounts. Not sure how effective other setings like add on domains, ftp accounts, subdomains etc are complied to.

Any thoughts on how to get this rectified?

    TIA
    Anup

I have mailed them and let's see if it gets fixed.
bugzilla posts, not more than 15% are worth a look (official statement) on one of the bugzilla posts.

    Thanks
    Anup
