Account shows suspended but is active

One of my websites keep on redirecting to the suspended page..

I did all of the following:
* Clear browser history and cookies
* Flush DNS
* Suspend and unsuspend
* created .htaccess (had none in public_html)
* Checked account_suspensions.conf
* Checked DNS via dig
* Checked DNS servers
* Apache restart

Still keeps on redirecting.

What did I miss?

Hey there! Just to be sure, you could watch the domlogs on the server side itself to ensure you are actually reaching the suspended page on the server side and it's not something else happening, because from what you've said so far it sounds like everything on the server side is working well.

Also, are you running any other tools like Varnish or nginx on the machine that could interfere with this?
