Account suspended but it doesnt exist??

Hi

I have a server - myserver.net. I want to create an account for myserver.net but I cant as the DNS record exists. when I go to www.myserver.net i get a suspended page. How can this be when the account for that domain doesnt exist? Ive checked the nameservers and they point to myserver.net. I dont want to delete the DNS record as it will cause problems. How can I create this account without removiong the DNS and why do i get the suspended page when the account doesnt exist in the first place?

change your server hostname to something else and readd the DNS via the WHM for your server hostname. Delete the DNS zone of myserver.net and recreate the account in WHM, there will be 1-2 minutes of downtime for your myserver.net
