This is strange. An account has been suspended even though it hasn't reached its bandwidth limit. It has only used a fraction of the bandwidt. This error is returned when trying to load his web site in the browser:

    &Bandwidth Limit Exceeded
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to the site owner reaching his/her bandwidth limit. Please try again later.&

That's the usuall message but why does this happen when he hasn't exceeded the limit? Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

    Thanks
    John

Removing the files for the account in /var/cpanel/bwlimited fixed it.
