Account terminate suddenly not working

Hello,
I am unable to terminate accounts from my WHM server. When I am trying to terminate an account it show an error>>

Hook denied execution of killacct: Failed to handle event Accounts::Remove. Error: The account ytompcom was not found. at /usr/local/cpanel/Whostmgr/Accounts/Remove.pm line 736.

Can anyone please help me to solve this issue? Thank you.

Hey there! When I've seen that message in the past it usually provides a more specific error. Do you see anything else related to this work in the cPanel error logs at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log? If not, you may need to submit a ticket to our team so we can do some additional troubleshooting on the process.
