Account Transfer Problem - Wrong Port?

I am trying to transfer an account from one server to another via the multiple account transfer utility in WHM. I can connect to the other server fine through WHM, and all the accounts are shown in the WHM window. But, whenever I select one and hit the Copy button, I get the message:

Packaging the account... The remote server xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx unexpectedly terminated the connection. (wrong port or connection not allowed from this server?)Done

I tried initiating the transfer from another server through WHM, and I get the same message. So, I would assume that the problem lies in the server that has the account I want to transfer.

What does this mean exactly? I was able to transfer accounts from it less than a week ago, and nothing (to my knowledge) has been changed. Any suggestions?

i have fix this problem with the cahnge of the ssh port for both server, i had one server on ssh port 8888 and the second on 22 and i had the same problem, i have put both on 22 and all ok now!
