    When I go to transfer an account using;

    "Copy an account from another server"

    I enter all the correct information, full root password, correct IP and I get this error;

    The remote server 66.79.184.210 unexpectedly terminated the connection. (connection not allowed from this server?)

    What is the problem?
    Does something need to be enabled on the old server?

    Please help!
    Thank you :)

    Hi Andrej,

    It seems to be that root cannot directly ssh to the server.
    so you should enter the username and password with su access.

    Hope this will help you out.

    Regards,

    Bright:)
