I've done a pretty thorough search and I'm surprised not to come across any threads on this.
From time to time we replace servers as most web hosts do. As you know this involves moving all the cpanel accounts from one server to the other.
Since we started using cpanel a few years ago it has always been the case that when an account is transferred, it loses its package limits if they are above that of the package in use. i.e if the customer purchases extra disk space or bandwidth - the limits dont carry across to the new server.
I was wondering if there is a way to ensure that these limits are moved over without identifying them individually. As I said, I couldnt find any info on this at all.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
