    I was using Accounting.php.inc today,
    and when the script ran to create an account, the server usage shot up for a minute...
    The part of the code is simply:
    Code:
    $info = createacct($host,$wuser,$hash,0,$domain,$username,$password,$plan);
    echo str_replace("\n","<br />",$info);

    the other part just get's the variables.
    So I was kindof confused...
    Is it because I might have an old Accounting.php.inc or something?

    Accounting.php.inc is just a PHP script - it won't use much resources.

    However the createacct function will call server-side functions so as to create an account - it's not impossible that this will spike the load just a little.

    Do you notice any load spike when creating an account through WHM? If you do, you're probably going to find the same when using the createacct function as it basically does the same thing.
