Account's Email Settings Incorrect

    I am having issues with emails from a domain account that was transferred in from another cPanel server.

    I have set the incoming and outgoing mail server to on the local computers (Mail on MacBook Pro and Outlook on Windows) but both refuse to send and receive mail. However if I change the mail server name to the it works. If I look at the MX record for the domain within cPanel, it is showing the MX destination as

    Its probably quite simple, but has me puzzled. Can another point me in the right direction

    Can you verify "" resolves to the correct IP address? If so, what's the specific error message you are receiving?
