Several of my resellers are missing some of their domains from WHM (they do not see those domains anywhere under "Account Functions"). The home directories for the missing accounts are intact under /home directory and their respective website and databases are also accessible over the internet. They are also noticing that when they access the cpanels of the those accounts, they see 'yourdomain.com' in place of their real domain names inside cpanel.

I will greatly appreciate if someone suggest a fix for this issue.

    Thanks

    check your httpd.conf.

I had this problem before where cpanel didnt add the entry to httpd.conf but still created the users root directories

Also check to make sure they have the relevant entries in /var/cpanel/users/(username) - if that file is missing, cPanel will not be able to attach the domain data to the account and the account will not appear in list accounts.

    Thanks for your responses.
httpd.conf file still has entries for those missing websites but their respective files are missing from /var/cpanel/users.
The websites that are missing were previously showing up in WHM.
Please advise what do I need to do in order to fix this problem.

    Thanks
