Accounts moved but Customers cannot login via FTP

Hello,

I moved all my customers to another server, however, now they cannot login via FTP. It keeps pointing to a different domain name thus giving them an ftp error. Any ideas/suggestions? I've tried everything but the files seem to look fine.
