I am an end user of cpanel4 and I want to create and manage accounts, to only allow access to certain parts of the public_html, and so far I am unable to do this. Neither me nor the admin know how go about adding accounts. I really need to figure this out....if someone here could help me I would greatly appreciate it

remove FrontPage

use .htaccess

you can also use password protected directory feature in cpanel which uses .htaccess
