    plesk users can have acronis http://www.acronis.com/products/trueimageserverlinux/
    with a 10% discount .. Cpanel can you offer us something similar please ?

    Current backup is not exactly a mirror and it doesn't restore in minutes such as acronis !

    Sorry, I know this is a very old thread, but at least it shows that someown was thinking about the acronis backup solution.

    Radio_Head, are you using this software? Is it worth to buy? As you said, we are searching a solution to restore our servers as soon as possible.

    But if I understand it correct, I have to stop mysql first, before the image can be created. Is this correct?

    If you don't stop mysql, you'll have some transactions possibly corrupted in your mirror. Why not take a seperate backup using mysqldump prior to running Acronis?
