    Go to WHM -> Server Configuration -> Basic cPanel/WHM Setup, is your Home Directory Prefix set to Home? If so, just partition the second disk as /home2 and WHM will automatically provision accounts to the partition with more available disk space.

    Existing accounts will not be affected, only new accounts.

    Ok I found this:

    Disk /dev/hda: 82.3 GB, 82348277760 bytes
    255 heads, 63 sectors/track, 10011 cylinders
    Units = cylinders of 16065 * 512 = 8225280 bytes

    Device Boot Start End Blocks Id System
    /dev/hda1 * 1 13 104391 83 Linux
    /dev/hda2 14 265 2024190 82 Linux swap
    /dev/hda3 266 10011 78284745 83 Linux

    Disk /dev/hdc: 82.3 GB, 82348277760 bytes
    255 heads, 63 sectors/track, 10011 cylinders
    Units = cylinders of 16065 * 512 = 8225280 bytes

    Device Boot Start End Blocks Id System
    /dev/hdc1 1 10011 80413326 83 Linux
