Activating uploaded files and site

I have created my website in Publisher, created the index_files and uploaded these with 'File Manager' and is able to see each file.

When using either 'http://www.brisa-atlantica.hermanus-southafrica-travel.com' or 'hermanus-southafrica-travel.com' I only get some Index Files.

What should I further create to activate my website?......Thanx 2

Well it has nothing to with Cpanel hence this is not the right place to seek help,,

however you will have to upload your home page in public_html folder and name it as index.html or index.htm...
