Active Back up

    Where in WEB HOST MANAGER, I can Active Back up for my reseller accounts??
    In "Backup" section>>>"Configure Backup", When I change BACKUP STATUS, info
    ENABLE. i see this Error:
    /backup is not a directory..
    Backup has been disabled to prevent file loss..
    /backup does not exist..
    Backup has been disabled to prevent file loss..


    Why?
    I how I can sole it?

    As the error indicates, you need to login to the root shell through SSH and create a backup directory on an appropriate partition and then configure the backups to use that directory that you create. There aren't separate reseller backups.
