    Hello :)

Documentation on our notification templates is available at:

Notification Templates - Documentation - cPanel Documentation

In particular, there's a section that explains how to modify the account creation template:

    Customize Template

Note: This example is for the message subject, but you can also change the message body template by following the same instructions. It's located in the same path, named "Notify.html.tmpl".

    Thank you.

Also, could you let us know the specific steps you followed?

    Thank you.

Could you let us know the steps you followed? There's some additional information on the following thread you may find helpful regarding the directories you must copy over for some notification templates:

    customizing system generated email notifications

    Thank you.
