Add Code to httpd.conf with Include?

Hello, Please i need help figuring how to edit my httpd.conf file and add a url rewrite map (
RewriteMap lc int:tolower) In The Virtual Hosts for the whole server.

please if my explanation is wrong i beleive you should know what i mean to do..

i have whm root access as the server belongs to me

Simply: i just need to add (RewriteMap lc int:tolower) to virtual hosts block for entire sites.

please i need help.
