Add customer e-mail when setting up

In the client's control panel there's a field for them to enter the e-mail addresses. However, in WHM there isn't any, not during initial setup nor account modifications.

Is there a way to do this?

Also, what exactly is the client email for? When they're about to go over their bandwidth limit does it warn them at their mail account?

A main e-mail address for the account is setup with the username that the account was created under. Then other e-mail accounts can be added. These can be used through Webmail provided, or through an external mail program such as Eudora or Outlook Express.
