Add email user maillist CPANEL UAPI

Hello People,
I am creating my application in PHP to access CPANEL data.
Being able to create via PHP the list of emails normally, but I did not find in the available commands any way to effect the inclusion of users in the list.
Has anyone done it? Could you give a light and indicate which procedure to use?

Can you clarify what exactly you're trying to do? This provides us with little to go on and I'm afraid that I don't understand what you mean by "create via PHP the list of emails normally". Where are you trying to get the email addresses from and what are you trying to do with them?
