Can you check that setting to see if that is the behavior you're looking for?

As for a full custom header, I didn't find much documentation out there for that, and a few of my own tests with exim.conf did not cause the additional headers to be displayed when sending to a service like Gmail. It might be a good thing to ask the Exim Users List to see if that is possible to apply it to all messages sent from the system.

Thanks for your reply! It isn't exactly what I needed, I finally found out a partial solution adding this ACL for custom_end_recipient:

warn
condition = ${if match_domain{$sender_address_domain}{+local_domains} {yes}{no}}
add_header = X-MY_CUSTOM_HEADER: MY_HEADER_VALUE

In this way, all the email whose sender is in local domains, should have the X_MY_CUSTOM_HEADER added.. Hope it helps!
