    Dear all,

    I know (currently) WHM/CPanel doesn't support Lighttpd.
But due to several reasons, we use Lighttpd aside Apache.
So those two web servers run in one machine.

My question is: Is there any way to add Lighttpd in WHM Service Manager?

    Thanks in advanced.

    Regards,

    Yoachan

    Hello :)

Page 42 of the following document includes steps to monitor additional services:

    Customizing cPanel PDF

Essentially, you monitor additional services by creating a file for the service within the following directory:

    Code:
    /etc/checksrv.d/
Within the file you create, you need to add data that matches the template provided in the document linked above.

Then, add that service to /etc/checksrv.d/chkservd.conf and ensure the service name matches the name of the file that you created in the /etc/chkserv.d directory. You can monitor the Chkservd log file after adding the additional service to ensure it works properly:

    Code:
    /var/log/chkservd.log
    Thank you
