Hello :),

Check your cPanel error logs file and let me know what exact error are your getting.

Also, try to update cPanel on your server with --force options (/scripts/upcp --force)

Hello,

This was addressed with CPANEL-5914 in cPanel 56.0.13:

Fixed case CPANEL-5914: Cronjobs cannot be added on CentOS7 if the cron file is missing.

Thank you.

I am seeing this issue as well, even when moving back to a CentOS6.7 server with 56.0 b15. When checking the crons with crontab -e -u they are all there, but in cPanel no jobs show and I cannot add any new ones. If needed I can start a ticket, but figured it would not hurt to see if there are any places I can check/change first.

CentOS7.2 server build was fairly new as had upgraded, and the 6.7 one is brand new build of cPanel. Went back to 6 due to the myriad of issues in both cPanel and 3 party apps that I have been seeing on 7.

Forums would not let me edit the last reply.

Used the transfer tool to move everything over to the new CentOS6 box. Not sure if that would point to an issue in the file structure of the cPanel itself.

Hello,

Yes, as mentioned on the referenced thread, the issue is addressed in cPanel version 56.0.17:

Fixed case CPANEL-6197: Resolve JS error on paper_lantern cron page.

Thank you.
