I had this one domain setup as an add-on domain and it recently started to go to the wrong page(It was going to the apache page) so i deleted it and when i try to set it up again i get this error.
Nameserver ips for XXXXX.net are: 000.00.000.00,000.00.00.00 Sorry, a DNS entry for XXXXX.net already exists, please delete it first.

    Anyone know what this means?

Log into your account that had the addon-domain through via FTP.

Find the folder that has the addon-domain name and delete it.

    Try to addon again.

I had this problem a while back and I'm pretty sure that this is how I took care of it.

You need to delete the dns record for it through WHM.
