Newbie question: I have two hosted domains. The www folder location for the primary domain is /home/myacct/public_html. The root folder for domain2 was created as .../public_html/domain2. This means when someone visits domain1.com/domain2, they see the domain2 website. This is not good. What is the way to organize it so the files are kept separate?

    Hello :)

You can choose the document root for the addon domain during it's creation. Or, for existing addon domain names, click on the edit icon under "Document Root" in the Addon domains section of cPanel.

    Thank you.
