Add-on domain redirecting as subdomain

    One of my customers' add-on sites is redirecting oddly. Using "primarydomain" and "secondarydomain" as example names for his primary domain and the add-on domain...

    It's set up as an add-on domain located in a subdirectory--i.e. http://www.primarydomain.com/username/

    With all our other accounts that have add-on domains, typing www.secondarydomain.com will bring up that website with www.secondarydomain.com appearing in the address bar.

    However, with this site, the addressbar changes to http://username.primarydomain.com as soon as the page loads, and that just won't do.

    I think this may have something to do with how he had originally managed to set up this add-on domain, with it redirecting to www.primarydomain.com/secondaryindex.html instead of a subdirectory as it should. I removed the listing and relisted it as a subdirectory, but it's still doing this, so maybe there's some setting somewhere that I need to clear manually?

    Can anyone advise me what I should do?
