Add Packed Domain

    Hi ,
    I have to run the site in 2 names like www.domain.com.au and www.domain.com. when i try to add Packed domain it says domain.com is already configured. and i look at the sub domains and addons domain they already have the domain.com. what i have to do to run in both domain.com.au and domain.com

    Could you help me? I am in very urgent.

    Already configured when i add in Parked Domain

    Hi, I want to add a domain.com into Parked domain when i add it shows domain.com is already configured.
    but there is nothing in the parked domain. How can i add this ?

    Hello :)

    If the domain name is already configured, it means it already exists under another account or as a standalone DNS Zone. Check to see if it's owned by another account first. EX:

    Code:
    # /scripts/whoowns domain.com
    If you see another username, you will have to remove it from that account before adding it to another account. If it's not added to another account, check to see if it exists as a DNS Zone:

    "WHM >> DNS Functions >> Edit DNS Zone"

    Delete the DNS Zone if there are no custom entries that you require, and it can then be added as a Parked domain.
